If there is a problem with your item, We Will Take Care of It: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described above, we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible at No Cost To You.
We will work with you to arrange for repair or replacement if possible, We will issue a return label if return is needed, We will file a shipping damage claim, or We will offer fair compensation if it is agreeable to you. You will receive a Full Refund of your original payment for items that are returned, within 3 business days of our receipt.
If You Decide to Return it, That's OK: If you changed your mind, don't like the item, ordered the wrong product, etc., you can return the item to us. Returned items need to be in the original condition, with all packaging and accessories. We also require you to cover all original and return shipping costs and a small 15% (minimum $15) restock fee.
